无线火灾自动报警装置的设计与实现——结题报告

本项目主要是以PLC、单片机、温度传感器和烟雾传感器作为温度和烟雾检测及远 程报警系统设计的核心部分。系统设计时，利用单片机采集温度传感器DS18B20和烟雾 传感器MQ-2中的温度和烟雾浓度，利用触摸屏作为上位机，实时显示出当前环境的温 度和烟雾浓度，基于MODBUS通信的方式，将采集到的温度、烟雾信息输入到PLC控制 器，控制器经过比较分析，自动判断温度和烟雾浓度指数是否超标，如果超标报警器会 发出声光报警。报警信息通过无线通信模块远程发送到指定单元。同时，采用GPRS模 块接受和发送远程信息，当发生火灾时可以通过GPRS模块对指定接收器发出报警信息， 以提高消防处理能力，最大限度的减少人员伤亡。项目的研究成果可以用于各个防火单 位，若发生火灾，可以第一时间内向指定接收单元发出报警信息，以达到快速响应的目 的，提高消防应急处突能力。本设计是一种结构比较简单、使用比较方便、价格比较便 宜、性能相对稳定、智能化的报警系统，并且具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract（limited to 500 words）:

The project is mainly based on PLC, microcontroller, temperature sensor and smoke sensor as the temperature and smoke detection and remote alarm system design of the core part. When the system is designed, the temperature and smoke concentration of the temperature sensor DS18B20 and the smoke sensor MQ-2 are collected by the single chip computer. The touch screen is used as the host computer to display the temperature and smoke concentration of the current environment in real time. Based on the MODBUS communication, Temperature, smoke information input to the PLC controller, the controller after a comparative analysis, automatically determine the temperature and smoke concentration index is exceeded, if the alarm will be issued by the sound and light alarm. The alarm information is sent remotely to the designated unit via the wireless communication module. At the same time, the use of GPRS module to receive and send remote information,when a fire can be sent through the GPRS module on the specified receiver alarm information to improve the fire handling capacity, the maximum reduction in casualties. The research results of the project can be used for each fire protection unit. In the event of a fire, the alarm information can be sent to the designated receiving unit in the first time to achieve the purpose of quick response and the fire emergency response capability can be improved.The design is a relatively simple structure, the use of more convenient, the price is relatively cheap, relatively stable performance,intelligent alarm system, and has a certain practical value.
